Stephen S. Baer, D.D.S., F.A.G.D., F.I.N.D. Dr. Baer is I.A.O.M.T. president and chair of its International Committee, which certifies the liaisons with chapters in 14 other countries (soon to be 19). He has a fellowship in the academy and was one of the first five dentists ever to receive accreditation in the practice of biological dentistry. David Biles, D.D.S, M.A., F.A.G.D., F.I.N.D. A graduate of UCLA, Dr. Biles has been practicing Biological dentistry for a number of years and brings an eclectic background to the dental profession. Graduating Phi Beta Kappa with degrees in psychology and physical education, Dr. Biles earned a UC Regents Fellowship for his research at the UC Davis Human Performance Laboratory and completed his master’s thesis in exercise physiology while attending dental school. Andrea H. Brockman, D.D.S. Dr. Brockman holds degrees in Nursing as well as Dentistry from Temple University. She has advanced certification for TMJ and pain management from New York University and certification in Esthetic Dentistry from Case Western Reserve. Rashid A. Buttar, D.O., F.A.A.P.M., F.A.C.A.M., F.A.A.I.M.
